Apex Society has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and complying with all applicable Australian and international laws protecting minors.
The following are strictly prohibited on Apex Society and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:
Apex Society is intended for users aged 17 and older. Users must be at least 17 years of age to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data.
Apex Society employs the following measures to detect and address CSAE:
In the app: Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post, profile, or message and select Report. Select the relevant reason and submit.
By email: Send reports to hello@apex-societyapp.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report". Include as much detail as possible.
External: You can also report directly to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) or NCMEC CyberTipline.
