End User Licence Agreement

1. Grant of Licence

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on any mobile device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding on the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicence, assign, or otherwise transfer the App or this EULA to any third party
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without a separate written agreement with the Licensor
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor and title thereto remains in Licensor. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to Licensor. The App is protected by Australian and international copyright laws and treaties.

4. Updates and Changes

Licensor may at its sole discretion provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. This EULA applies to all updates unless a separate licence accompanies the update. Licensor may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

5. Third-Party Components

The App incorporates open-source software and third-party libraries. These components are governed by their respective licences, which are available upon request. This EULA does not alter your rights under those licences.

6. App Store Terms

If you acquired the App via the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other distribution platform ("App Store"), your use of the App is also subject to that App Store's terms of service. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the App Store's terms, the App Store's terms govern only to the extent required.

7. Data Collection

The App may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By installing the App, you consent to such collection and use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Licensor does not warrant that the App will be free of bugs, errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to an Australian government embargo or that has been designated a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any government prohibited or restricted parties list.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
