Delete Your Account

You can delete your Apex Society account at any time, directly inside the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated data from our systems.

Option 1 — Delete in the App (Recommended)

1. Open Apex Society on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon to open your profile.
3. Tap Settings (gear icon, top right).
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at privacy@apex-societyapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Data type	Action on deletion
Profile (name, username, avatar, bio)	Permanently deleted
Posts, comments, and stories	Permanently deleted
Direct messages	Permanently deleted from your account; copies sent to others are removed
Marketplace listings	Permanently deleted
Cruises you created	Permanently deleted
Subscription / payment records	Retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law; not used for any other purpose
Device push token	Permanently deleted
